BiomeX is used in Condominiums / Apartment Communities / Gated Societies for:

- Maintenance / incident reporting
- Community announcements & communications
- Security guard workflow support
Each feature is designed strictly for community use only.

2.2 Visitor & Entry Data
- Visitor name and phone number
- Vehicle details (if provided)
- Check-in / check-out timestamps
- Gate guard verification notes (if applicable)
2.3 Media (Photo & Video)
The App allows users to upload images only when necessary for:

You may disable location anytime.
