Please enable the video call option in your profile settings.
ii) IVR Call is not working?
Confirm if any of your unit residents are using the video call feature. This is required for IVR call to work.
iii) Face is not recognized?
Please check with management to ensure your face is properly registered.
iv) My family member is not able to log in?
Ensure their phone number is registered in the system and they have been granted application access.
