BiomeX is used in Condominiums / Apartment Communities / Gated Societies for:

  • Facility bookings & community services
  • Maintenance / incident reporting
  • Community announcements & communications
  • Security guard workflow support

Each feature is designed strictly for community use only.

2.2 Visitor & Entry Data

  • Visitor name and phone number
  • Vehicle details (if provided)
  • Check-in / check-out timestamps
  • Gate guard verification notes (if applicable)

2.3 Media (Photo & Video)

The App allows users to upload images only when necessary for:

We only access photos that you intentionally select using the Android Photo Picker. We do not access, scan, or monitor your entire media library.
